8. Be culturally sensitive to patients who are First Nations, Métis or Inuk and are receiving home and community care services.

9. Patients may raise concerns or commend changes and receive clear information pertaining to the services being received without fear of coercion, interference, discriminate on or retaliation.

10. To receive a free, no obligation in-home assessment by a designated person to perform assessments, and be involve in the development, evaluation and revisions to your plan of care.
